Admissions

Patients may be admitted from acute-care hospitals, subacute care facilities, or long-term acute care hospitals (LTACHs). A physician, hospital discharge planner or social worker, an insurance company case manager, or a patient's family member, or advocate can all refer a patient. Our admissions liaisons can start the inpatient admissions process within a few hours of receiving a referral.
